Terms & Conditions of dax69

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Member on the dax69 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a Member's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and any active bonus amounts.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means a stake placed by a Member on any game, sporting event, or other betting market offered on the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or other incentive offered by dax69 to Members, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by dax69 to confirm a Member's identity, age, and address.
• "Member", "User", or "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on dax69.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash.

3. Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. dax69 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide valid age verification will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

dax69 is an internationally licensed platform serving players in Indonesia and select other jurisdictions where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited. You may not use dax69 if you are a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of dax69 complies with applicable local laws.

3.3 Capacity to Contract

By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not register an Account if you are:

• Listed on any self-exclusion register or voluntary exclusion program.
• Acting on behalf of a third party (all Accounts must be registered in your own name).

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating multiple Accounts (sometimes called "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If dax69 detects multiple Accounts registered by the same individual, all duplicate Accounts will be closed, and any funds, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account on dax69, you must:

1. Complete the online registration form with accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
2. Choose a unique username and a strong password.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before you can make a withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, color photograph of your Indonesian National ID (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or other government-issued ID showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• You are under 21 years of age.
• You are engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity.
• You have created multiple Accounts.
• Your Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee).

If your Account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will not be entitled to claim any pending bonuses or winnings.

5. Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dax69 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Indonesian players:

5.3 Deposit Fees

5.4 Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds you deposit on dax69 are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of illegal activity. dax69 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to request evidence of the source of your funds at any time.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Supported withdrawal methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri bank accounts. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are supported for balances originally deposited via those methods.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Times

Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction (higher limits available for VIP members). Most withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours. Requests made outside of banking hours are processed on the next business day.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before you can withdraw it as cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each promotion (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount).

Example: If you receive a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place a total of Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

7.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates:

• Slots: 100% (every Rp 1.000 wagered counts as Rp 1.000 toward the requirement).
• Live Casino (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat): 10–20% (check specific promotion terms).
• Sports Betting: Bets on odds of 1.50 or higher typically count 100%; bets on lower odds may count at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Poker and Table Games: 5–10%.

7.4 Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus has a validity period (e.g., 30 days from the date of activation). You must meet the wagering requirement within this period. If you fail to do so, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7.5 Maximum Bet Limits

While a bonus is active, you may not place single bets exceeding Rp 50.000 (or the currency equivalent). Bets that exceed this limit will not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture.

7.6 Bonus Abuse

dax69 has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly.
• Placing hedged or low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements (e.g., betting on red and black simultaneously in roulette).
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate bonus outcomes.

Members found engaging in bonus abuse will have their Accounts closed, bonuses forfeited, and any associated winnings confiscated.

7.7 Bonus Cancellation

You may cancel an active bonus at any time from your Account dashboard. Canceling a bonus will forfeit the bonus amount and any winnings generated from bonus funds. Your original deposited funds will remain available.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on dax69 are final and cannot be canceled or amended once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review all bet details before confirming a wager. dax69 is not liable for errors made by Members when placing bets.

8.2 Bet Acceptance

8.4 Void Bets and Settlements

A bet will be declared void (canceled) if:

• The event is canceled, postponed indefinitely, or does not take place within a reasonable timeframe.

For togel (lottery) bets, results are determined by the official draw results published by the respective lottery operator (e.g., Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Mark Six for Togel HK). dax69 is not responsible for errors or delays in official results.

8.5 Live Betting

For live in-play betting, odds and available markets may change rapidly during the event. Bets placed during a "significant event" (e.g., a goal being scored in football) may be rejected. dax69 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time.

10. Prohibited Activities

• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or engaging in money laundering.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to place bets or manipulate the platform.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Abusing bonuses, promotions, or loyalty programs.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or unauthorized access to dax69 systems.

Violations of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action. dax69 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate authorities.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty

dax69 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dax69 shall not be liable for:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dax69, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dax69 holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
